How My Story Sparked a Passion for Women’s Health

I’ve always believed that understanding the body is the first step toward healing, and that belief led me to earn my doctorate in physical therapy. Early in my career, I was introduced to pelvic health—a specialty that immediately captured my heart. But it wasn’t just through my education that I found my calling. I became a patient myself, navigating my own journey with pelvic pain, which opened my eyes to the importance of compassionate, specialized care in this area.

As I continued to deepen my expertise, I expanded into women’s health and truly fell in love with this underserved community. The more I learned, the more I realized just how crucial it is for women to have access to care that addresses the unique challenges they face throughout their reproductive health journey.

When my husband and I began to grow our family, I experienced firsthand the full spectrum of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. The physical, emotional, and mental changes I went through were humbling, and it gave me an entirely new perspective on the challenges that so many women face in this phase of life.

With every experience—both personal and professional—I’ve developed a more holistic and empathetic approach to treatment. I understand that every woman’s journey is unique, and I deeply believe that every woman trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum deserves access to empowering, life-changing information that can truly make a difference.

While I’m limited in the clinic to the number of women I can directly help, I am committed to reaching as many women as possible through accessible education. I’ve been where you are. I’ve treated countless women with the same concerns, questions, and fears. I see you. I know the struggles, and I’m here to offer you the knowledge, guidance, and support you deserve.

Currently, I’m blessed to be carrying my second child, and as I patiently await her arrival, I’m reminded every day of how transformative this journey is. It’s my mission to share everything I’ve learned along the way, so you can approach this stage of life with confidence, empowerment, and the care you need to thrive.
