What has become the norm…
Maybe you can't jump on the trampoline with your kids without worrying about leaking.
You always reach for black leggings at the gym—just in case.
It’s been years since your c-section, but your core still feels weak and that incisional pain lingers.
You assumed intimacy would stop hurting eventually, but it hasn’t.
You’re pregnant again, hoping this birth experience can be different from the last.
Or maybe you're just trying to make it through the day as a busy mom—with no time (or childcare) to get to another appointment.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone. These scenarios have become the “norm” for so many women—but they don’t have to be your forever. We're here to support you with compassionate, personalized physical therapy that meets you right where you are.
It’s time for you to prioritize your body and well-being
As moms, we take into consideration everyone else’s well being and often neglect our own. We just deal with it.
Society has led us to believe that these symptoms are “normal” and “just a part of being pregnant or postpartum” when in reality it’s common, not normal.
Let me help you decrease any leakage, pain, fear you may have during pregnancy and optimize your recovery after delivery. You deserve to be taken care of too, mama.

We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to provide highly personalized, one-on-one care without the limitations or rushed appointments often associated with insurance-based models. We’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Every body is different, but many women begin pelvic floor therapy around 4–6 weeks postpartum, with clearance from their provider. That said, support can start even sooner with gentle, education-based care. We also work with women months—or even years—after birth.

In the state of Minnesota, you do not need a referral to begin physical therapy. You can book a session directly and begin care right away—whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or navigating symptoms years later.
