Expert Pelvic Floor Support—Right Where You Are

Virtual Physical Therapy

Receive pelvic floor therapy from the comfort of your home. This will entail an interactive session to discuss and treat any concerns you may have utilizing models and guided assessments.

During the initial evaluation, the therapist will conduct a thorough medical history, discuss your concerns, educate and provide homework/exercises you can integrate into your daily routine.

If for some reason you start with virtual and want to switch to in-home, you will need to be within a 30 min radius.

In-Home Therapy

Leaving the house can be difficult, especially with kiddos. So let therapy come to you! This allows the therapist to have a front row seat to your daily tasks and routines.

During the initial evaluation, we will conduct a thorough medical history and discuss any concerns that you have. A postural/physical assessment will be done as necessary and therapist will provide education and doable 1-3 exercises/strategies to prioritize.

Generally the therapist will conduct and internal pelvic floor assessment if you are comfortable with this and it is deemed appropriate (we try not to work internal with pregnant moms and after 6 weeks during the postpartum period).

"Alex was so helpful in preparing my husband and I for birth. As a first time mom, I wanted to go into labor with confidence, and Alex definitely helped with that!! During our virtual session, she provided us with knowledge about the different phases of labor as well as helpful positions to labor in. She walked us through each position, providing us with tips and tricks along the way. I knew that I wanted an epidural, so she gave us specific information on laboring with an epidural. Following the virtual session, we were sent handouts that we could reference when preparing for and during labor. We would recommend our friends to consider working with Alex to prepare their bodies/minds for the arrival of their little baby!”

"I absolutely loved working with Alex!! When I was working with her she had already had a beautiful baby boy and so she could not only relate on a professional level but personal as well! Alex is so passionate about helping other moms succeed and is open to whatever they are comfortable with. Her expertise really helped me learn how to breathe properly while laboring along with other tips and tricks to help me feel as comfortable as possible. If you get the chance, work with Alex!! :)”
